I am Barry Yates, a real estate Agent and Broker with Northside Realty in Raleigh, NC. Since 1999, I have been representing home Buyers and Sellers in Wake and Johnston Counties as well as parts of southern Durham and eastern Chatham Counties including Raleigh, Cary, Holly Springs, Apex, Morrisville, Garner, and Clayton, North Carolina.

I began my career as a real estate professional with Coldwell Banker in Cary in 1999. After working with a large real estate company, I decided to work with a smaller firm - Total Source Realty - also in Cary, North Carolina. This was a great move for me, as I learned a great deal more about giving a greater customer service experience. This move also opened my eyes to the importance of giving the absolute best I can when marketing homes for sale. In early 2009, I was offered a wonderful opportunity to join Northside Realty in Raleigh. This position is the best I have been in yet as it has given me the ability to offer even more flexibility for my clients.
